The four week plan includes:

  • 4 hours of client -therapy coach sessions (face to face or via Zoom)

  • Personalised hypnotherapy audio recording

  • Unlimited email and WhatsApp contact, 6 months

  • Life and wellbeing resources

  • Wider reading options and independent activity recommendations
