PAYMENT PLAN OPTIONS: In order to help as many people as possible, payment plans are an easy way to spread the cost so your health can take priority. The clinic's prices and plans aim to be as inclusive as possible. We are happy to discuss all payment options on an individual basis! So please enquire how we can support you to budget for your mental and emotional health today. 

(It is recommended that the plan is taken over a minimum of 2 weeks or to a maximum of 8 weeks for best results.)

I am a complementary and alternative medicine (CAM) coach and experienced mental health leader. Currently accredited with an integrated diploma in three disciplines - Neuro Linguistic Programming  (NLP), Clinical Hypnotherapy and Life Coaching.  I am an avid emotional health advocate with extensive experience working in corporate companies, education, child fostering services, and the NHS.

Why The Still Mind Therapy Clinic is different?

NLP, CLINICAL HYPNOTHERAPY & MENTAL HEALTH COACHING 

You may have tried your GP, medication and local mental health services such as counselling and charities. Speaking to your GP is an excellent choice and accessing advice and free resources from charities is also recommended by our clinic. However our clinic appreciates that waiting lists are currently, highly over subscribed. In most cases waiting prolongs the agony and increases the symptoms.

Our coaching plans are a private option and are bespoke to the individual and their story, with a minimum of four sessions recommended to achieve transforming results. Each session is structured around conscious and unconscious techniques to therapeutically relieve and eradicate symptoms. NLP and clinical hypnotherapy work is very powerful and often feels instant, however, working side by side with a life coaching strategy is a fundamental part of the programme and helps to promote permanent change and longevity of the still mind.

I came to Rebecca's clinic virtually for a one off session as my anxiety became completely overwhelming so i took an emergencyappointment. Within the first hour of the session I felt a big change, I have since committed to a four week plan to work through stress and anxiety issues for real change. I liked the balance of talking through things then doing a practical technique with the neuro lingustic programming. By the end of the 90 min session I felt relaxed and felt I could tackle my anxiety issues through this coaching therapy. I am ready for more because I want hypnotherapy and I want to really change some bad habits and feel better confidence wise.
